However, we are happy to accept returns for an immediate store credit in the form of an e-gift card that will be sent to the email address on file. You can use this store credit to purchase a different item of your choice.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item(s) are unused, unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. The item(s) should also be returned in their original packaging. Please note that we will inspect the returned item(s) for any damages before processing your store credit.
Please keep in mind the following points when returning your item(s):
- We are not liable for any return packages that may get lost or stolen during transit. Therefore, please retain proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
- Please include an order packing slip with your return. If this is not included, your return may experience issues in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
